The Louise Thielbar Keisker Scholarship for Graduate Studies in Special Education is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation for a graduate student pursuing Master of Science degree in Special Education. This scholarship is made possible by way of a gift from the Advancement for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. of Warrensburg, Missouri.
