Bill and Anne Downs Scholarship

The Bill and Anne Downs Scholarship is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation for a non-traditional student pursuing a degree in photography, fashion merchandising, design drafting technology, graphics technology management or technology education. This scholarship is made possible by way of a gift from Bill and Anne Downs of Mansfield, Ohio.
