Noel B. Grinstead Scholarship

The Grinstead Student Awards Recognition is named in honor of Noel B. Grinstead who served at the University of Central Missouri for 44 years. Professor Grinstead was Professor Emeritus of Industrial Arts and served as Chairman of the Division of Applied Arts and Sciences. The Noel B. Grinstead building was named in his honor in 1959, and houses departments in the College of Science and Technology. In 1966 he received the distinguished service award in Industrial Arts from UCM. The Grinstead Award is presented to the top four- year student majoring in a technology field from Aviation, Graphic Imaging & Design Technology, and Industrial Technology.
