Grow Your Own Program Annual Scholarship

The Grant is to be used for the “UCM GYO” (Grow Your Own) program. In particular, the Grant is to be dedicated to offsetting costs associated with removing financial barriers for para educators currently working in PreK-12 schools, to become fully accredited teachers. Assist participants with expenses associated with completing coursework; which may include tuition, tutoring, textbooks, etc. Also to help cover the UCM application fee of $35, state-required exams & background checks.
