The Brigadier General (Ret.) C. David Turner & Mrs. Jeri Turner, Esquire Scholarship is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation to provide scholarship support for an undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled at UCM who submits an essay of 500 words responding to the prompt: Why are you pursuing your chosen major? Why are you the best candidate for this scholarship? Preference for a student who has financial need.
