Laura L. Raker Barr Scholarship for Teacher Education

The Laura L. Raker Barr Scholarship for Teacher Education is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation for a junior or senior student pursuing a degree in teacher education at UCM. This scholarship is made possible by way of a gift from Shirley J. Power, 80, of Hutchinson, Kansas, in honor of her mother, Laura L. Raker Barr, 44.
