The Thelma French Kappelman Scholarship is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation for a student (incoming freshmen are included) with a disability pursuing a degree at UCM. This scholarship is made possible by way of a gift from the estate of Thelma French Kappelman, 35.
