Mary Frances Dick Hayden Memorial Scholarship

The Mary Frances Dick Hayden Scholarship is made possible by Dr. Donald E. Hayden of Tulsa, OK. Mrs. Hayden graduated from Central Missouri Teachers College in 1930 and 1931 (master s degree). She had a special fondness for Ward Edwards, who was her mentor in her work in the library, and C. F. Martin on the English faculty. The scholarship is awarded to a full-time student in good standing, demonstrating financial need, pursing a degree in English or Library Science, and having a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.
