Arline Hays Frasure Van Winkle Memorial Scholarship

The Arline Hay Frasure Van Winkle Memorial Scholarship is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation for an incoming freshman student from Appleton City, MO interested in pursuing a degree in education. This scholarship is made possible by way of gifts from Mr. Paul Wheeler and citizens of Appleton City.
