Robert N. Higgins Memorial Scholarship

The Robert N. Higgins Memorial Scholarship is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation for a junior or senior student pursuing a degree in psychology. This scholarship is made possible by way of a gift from Regina Higgins of Warrensburg, Missouri, in memory of her husband, Robert N. Higgins.
