Homes by Darcy LLC Student Housing Scholarship

The Homes by Darcy LLC Student Housing Scholarship is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation for a full-time undergraduate student who has a minimum GPA of 2.5, demonstrates financial need, and lives in UCM University Housing. This scholarship is made possible by way of generous gifts from Darcy Roach and Bailea Kelley ’23 of Homes By Darcy, LLC.

This scholarship was established by Darcy Roach of Holden, MO, and Bailea Kelley, ’23 of Warrensburg, MO. Darcy is the owner and broker of Homes by Darcy, LLC, a real estate brokerage firm founded in 2018 and located in Johnson County, Missouri. She works alongside fellow agent Bailea, a 2023 graduate of the University of Central Missouri, and other employees to help clients find their forever homes. Darcy and Bailea are passionate about helping students have the full college experience, including making lifelong connections through living in university housing.
